Full of sampling, noodley-effect laden guitars, and aggressive drumming this record is grand. Each track is almost entirely independent from one another though the songs flow in a twisted way. This is pop and at times heartfelt with a little mix of quirky experimentation. The songs are certainly a tasteful nod towards Pinback or The Beta Band. Powerful beats & interesting samples.
